1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Fork and Cork Travel, a service provided by Glastonbury Ltd ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fork and Cork Travel website (the "Website") and all travel services, itineraries, and bookings (collectively, the "Services") provided by Glastonbury Ltd.

By accessing our Website, making an inquiry, or booking a trip with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are making a booking on behalf of other participants, you are responsible for ensuring that all participants have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or Services.

2. Definitions

· "Client," "You," "Your": The person or entity making the booking and all individuals on whose behalf the booking is made.

· "Tour," "Trip," "Itinerary": The travel package, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and other services as described in the itinerary provided.

· "Supplier," "Service Provider": Third-party companies that provide the actual travel services, such as hotels, airlines, tour guides, transportation companies, and restaurants.

· "Booking Confirmation": The formal document issued by Fork and Cork Travel (Glastonbury Ltd) confirming the details of your booked trip after receipt of the deposit.

3. Booking and Payments

· Booking Process: A booking is considered firm once we receive a completed booking form (or online booking) along with the required deposit, and we issue a Booking Confirmation. It is your responsibility to check the Booking Confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

· Deposit: A non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your booking. The amount will be specified at the time of booking.

· Final Payment: Full payment must be received no later than 90 daysbefore the departure date. If the booking is made within 90 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.

· Prices: We reserve the right to amend advertised prices due to errors, omissions, or changes in external factors such as government taxes, currency fluctuations, or fuel surcharges. We will notify you of any significant price increases before you make a booking. All prices are quoted in [e.g., US Dollars, Euros, GBP].

4. Cancellations and Changes by You

· Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply, based on the date we receive your written notice. These charges are levied to cover costs incurred with our Suppliers and are typically as follows:

  · More than 90 days before departure: Loss of deposit.

  ·14-90 day before departure: 50% of total cost.

  · Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

  · Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your Booking Confirmation.

· Changes by You: We will try to accommodate changes to your booking after confirmation, but we cannot guarantee it. An amendment fee may be charged, in addition to any costs imposed by Suppliers.

5. Changes and Cancellations by Us

· Minor Changes: We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary (e.g., a change of accommodation to one of a similar standard) at any time. We will advise you of any such changes.

· Significant Changes: We may occasionally have to make a significant change to your confirmed itinerary (e.g., a change of destination or a significant downgrade in accommodation) due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In such an event, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option to:

  · Accept the changed arrangements.

  · Accept an alternative tour of comparable standard, if available.

  · Cancel your booking and receive a full refund of all monies paid.

· Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a tour for reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient numbers of participants or force majeure events. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us. We are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as visas or vaccinations.

6. Force Majeure

Glastonbury Ltd (Fork and Cork Travel) shall not be deemed in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, natural disasters, fire, weather conditions, and technical or mechanical failures of transportation or accommodations.

7. Client Responsibilities

· Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring you and all members of your party have valid passports, necessary visas, vaccinations, and compliance with all entry requirements for your destination(s).

· Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. Your insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation, curtailment, and loss of personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be requested.

· Health and Conduct: You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements that may affect your tour. You are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to fellow travelers, our guides, and local communities. We may terminate your tour, without refund, for unacceptable behavior.

8. Liability

· Our Role as Agent: Fork and Cork Travel (Glastonbury Ltd) acts as an intermediary between you and the various Suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.). We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Supplier or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

· Limitation of Liability: Our liability for damages shall be limited to the amount of the tour cost paid to us. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, is incorporated into these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fork and Cork Travel Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and itineraries, is the property of Glastonbury Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint during your tour, you must immediately bring it to the attention of our local representative or guide so that they can attempt to resolve it. If the issue is not resolved, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the completion of your tour.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
